4.21.11  It took him about 5 whole minutes to get in my purse the way he wanted.  But as soon as he saw the camera, he was outta there.

4.21.11  Oh, my little daredevil.  I'm not sure how he got up there, but he was dancing and so proud of himself.  I'm in trouble.

4.13.11  He was driving me nuts, so we went to walk around the mall.  He loves looking at people and getting attention.  I walked around for 80 minutes until he fell asleep.  He wouldn't lay his head back, and kept trying to sleep sitting up.

4.20.11  I was trying to brush my teeth, and Ryker had to look at himself in the mirror.  Then he decided to make himself comfortable.  Yep, he's in the sink wearing nothing but the pair of shoes he wanted to sleep in.  What a little weirdo lol.

Apparently he thought my objection was to him playing with the finger nail polish bottle.  He's trying to give it to me.

It's hard to be annoyed with someone so cute :)

4.21.11  Daredevil again.  Pushed the stroller close to the light switch, then climbed up to try to flip the switches.  Crazy boy!

4.22.11  Sitting in his lawn chair, in the living room, playing with his laptop.

He loves to wear shoes.

4.22.11 He found those sunglasses in my purse, and every time I would put them on him, he'd push them up on his head like that. 

A long awaited update

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile.  Ryker has been keeping me VERY busy.  Everyday I think he can't be anymore energetic, and the next day he proves me wrong.  Here are some pictures from the last few weeks.

2.24.11  Ryker likes to eat his fruit bars in the wrapper just like mommy does.

2.27.11 Happy boy!  He has his pen and paper--I was making a shopping list and I guess he thought he needed one too.  He carried it all through the store lol.

3.2.11  Chilling in the cart at Wal-Mart.  This picture makes me feel so hillbilly.....

St. Patrick's Day 2011  I'll post a 2010 picture and a 2011 picture later, I'm just too lazy to do it right now.  But anyway, we had a picnic at the park.

Yep, that's my daredevil standing on the nightstand.  And so proud of himself!

Fell asleep on his pillow pet.  Seriously, could he be anymore cute?

Sunburn......in February!

My poor baby has had his first sunburn already :(  In February....that's pretty ridiculous, huh?

After a couple days of staying in the house, it went away.  It didn't seem to bother him, but it bothered me lol.

You can't really see it well in these pictures, but he was RED.

What Ryker is doing now.

On Wednesday, Ryker got his first haircut from Aunt Ashley.  He was not very cooperative, but he didn't cry.

He can go up stairs and hills now.  He can go downhill too, but he's not so good with going down stairs.

He understands--and can say very well--no.  And when he's doing something he's not supposed to do, he'll say, "No no no!"  shake his head no, then do it anyway.  Sometimes he does this before he does what he's not supposed to.  What am I gonna do with this kid?

Ryker also loves to jump onto pillow when he's on my bed.  And the other night, he started crawling up on the night stand, and just standing there, proud and smiling.  Tonight he hopped from on top of the night stand onto a pillow on the bed.

As you can imagine, I'm a very tired Mommy lol.

H Town

We spent Reagen's last two days of leave in Houston. He said it was for Valentine's Day, but I think it was more to easy the leaving transition. Either way, we had an AWESOME time. We stayed in this cool boutique hotel downtown. The two-story suite we were in had some air conditioning issues, so we were upgraded to the biggest suite in the hotel. It was a 3 story room....how flipping cool is that? We had such a good time. Here's a whole bunch of random pictures I took while we were there.
